JSWS (YZ) series prefabricated pump stations are used to collect and discharge sewage and wastewater from residential areas, schools, military barracks and other public places. They are mainly installed outdoors and underground, and can also be used indoors. There are many options for the diameter of the cylinder (medium 1200, medium 1600, medium 2000, medium 3000, medium 3800), and the flow range is 25L/S~1350L/S. When the flow is larger, a multi-cylinder solution can be selected.

1. Very small footprint
The prefabricated pump station is buried underground, there is no pump station construction on the ground, and it does not occupy land indicators. The buried structure makes it blend into the surrounding environment, beautiful and elegant, and the environment is beautiful.
2. Integrated product
Whether you require a dry or wet pump pit, or a combination of the two, we can accurately prefabricate this pump station. The pump station is transported as an integrated unit, including cylinder system, water pump system, grille system, pipeline system, valve system, control system and other components.
3. Strong and durable
The cylinder of the equipment is made of alkali-free fiberglass fiber and combined with 901 resin. Its strength is equivalent to twice that of traditional laminated fiberglass. The circumferential tensile strength is greater than 300MPa, the axial tensile strength is greater than 80MPa, and the compression strength is greater than 200MPa. It can completely resist corrosion, tearing and other destructive forces, and ensure permanent waterproofing, firmness and durability.

The prefabricated pump station is supplied as a complete set, and the assembly and testing of each system are completed in the factory. The time required for installation and commissioning after the goods arrive at the site is greatly shortened. 6. Fully automatic control
The float switch (standard) submersible level transmitter or ultrasonic level meter and other sensors are used to detect the liquid level and automatically control the start and stop of the water pump.
Various protection functions such as overload and short circuit are complete, which can effectively reduce the damage rate of the equipment.
Other optional functions can be added according to customer needs, such as: equipped with a full Chinese human-machine interface, dynamically displaying the operating status and alarm information of each device; establishing wireless reception of Wifi signals, using mobile terminals (mobile phones or tablets) to monitor the operation, faults and other status of the equipment (when controlled by mobile terminals, human-machine interfaces must be equipped); using remote monitoring software, remotely monitoring the operating status of the equipment from the computer, and collecting and managing the data.
7. Convenient installation and maintenance
The prefabricated pump station is installed as a whole; when maintaining the equipment in the pump station, such as pumps and grilles, there is no need to enter the cylinder, and they can be directly lifted in and out from the top; in the internal pipeline system, there is an inspection platform and up and down ladders in the pump station.
